One of my favorite ways to regulate my nervous system...
Sitting in the sauna and listening to meditation music is hands down my number one favorite way to regulate my nervous system.
I typically do this after a workout, so I get double the benefits since my nervous system is already in a sympathetic state from exercising.
I just plop my bum down on the bench, put in my headphones (I use old-school cord headphones because the heat kills my AirPods), set my timer for 20 minutes, hit play on my meditation playlist (you can find it below), and close my eyes.
Heaven.
The problem with this being my favorite way to regulate is that I couldn’t do this while pregnant (insert sad face).
