In grad school, I was advised not to ask my clients “why,” which only led me to ask why (Yup, I’m that girl). As someone who loves asking “why,” I hated this rule.
I’m the queen of wanting to know why.
Why do people do what they do?
Why should we switch to non-toxic living?
Why should I prioritize sleep?
Why should I do baby-led weaning over traditional baby food?
Why?
So, as someone who loves knowing why, I will tell you why you should engage in movement when anxious.
